Definition:	Offset printing is used for high-volume reproduction. It involves 3 drums that rotate (an impression cylinder, plate cylinder and blanket cylinder). The process involves wrapping the printing plate over the plat cylinder that is inked and moistened. Then, the plate image is moved on the blanket cylinder. The paper moves between the impression cylinder and blanket cylinder, allowing the image to pass onto the paper.
