Term Details
Term: Automated Dialogue Recording A.D.R.
Subcategory: General
Definition: The term refers to dubbing that is completed as a substitution for or as an addition for location sound.  Sometimes filmers prefer to use the term perhaps because it sheds light away from the fact that any dubbing was down when the short-hand of it is used in the credits – A.D.R.
