Zero-point perspective is a type of linear perspective.  All of types of linear perspectives include a horizon line and a stationary point (the position of the observer). In zero-point perspective, no vanishing points exist; as a result, the image contains no depth.

The rows of this kind of set start and finish with full blocks that are placed off and on with rows that start and finish with half blocks.

A type of stitch that covers the raw edges of appliques and attaches them to a piece of material. The spacing between the stitches can be so close that the side-to-side threads meet and create satin stitches.

Zones of recession Art Perspective

The area of a picture's surface are  apportioned to a foreground, a middle distance, and a background when constructing spatial depth.  Variations and hazing of these respective zones influence degree of reduction and severity of contrast in the linear perspective.
