Definition: Part of the upper arm, the biceps include two points on the deep anterior, superior part of the scapula. Each of the two points is for a particular head.  These points involve the glenoid fossa and the coracoid process.    The biceps are located at the anterior surface of the radius below the head.  They are responsible for bending the arm at the elbow and turning the forearm palm-up.
